Included with hosting
The toolkit built into your website.
Every site we host runs BrightFrame: one system that gives you your own analytics, a place to ask us for help, and a handful of small tools that make owning a website easier. You reach it from your WordPress dashboard, or from a link we email you.
In short: everything in one box
The tools
What you get, on every site we host.
No extra plugins to buy, no separate logins to remember. These are switched on and waiting the day your site goes live.
Site Analytics
Visitors, pageviews, top pages, where people came from, devices, and which outbound links they clicked, with reports by email each month, quarter, or year.
Support Requests
Ask us for help and follow the whole conversation through to "resolved", from your dashboard or your portal link.
QR Codes
Printable codes whose destination you can change later without reprinting, with a scan count so you know if they are being used.
Site Announcements
Schedule a banner or pop-up for a closure, a weather delay, or a special. It appears and disappears on time, whatever your caching does.
Business details, in one place
Your name, address, hours, services, people and social links live in one profile. We send you a short "is this still right?" check now and then.
Help & tutorials
Short how-to articles, with a "?" button on each tool that opens the article for the screen you are looking at.
Your numbers
Analytics that live on your own website.
Real visitor numbers, built into your site. The tracking is ours and the data sits in your own website’s database, with no third-party script loading on your pages. It runs alongside Google Analytics if you use that too — most clients keep both: ours for the trend at a glance and a history that is always yours, Google for the deep dives.
- Visitors, pageviews, and how they trend
- Your most-read pages
- Where people came from, including campaign links
- Desktop, mobile, or tablet
- Which outbound links get clicked
- An alert if traffic collapses or spikes unexpectedly
Detailed visit records are kept for about 90 days; the summaries stay as long as you want them. Like any analytics tool, it records visit details including IP addresses, so your privacy policy should say so. We are happy to help with the wording.
Forms
We watch your contact forms so you don't.
A form that silently stops emailing you is one of the most expensive faults a website can have, because nothing looks broken. On sites running Gravity Forms, we keep an eye on it:
- If a notification fails to send, the system retries automatically, and tells us if it still cannot get through.
- If a form is still emailing the default address instead of a real person, we are warned, and so are you.
- Spam reports and entry exports arrive on whatever schedule suits you.
- A regular audit of every form shows where each one lives, who its notifications go to, and whether anything has quietly broken.
Honest limit: this catches messages that fail to send. No system can tell you that a message landed in someone's spam folder and was never read.
Your portal
One link. No password to remember.
Not everyone on your team needs a WordPress login. We can email a personal link that opens your portal directly, on a phone or a laptop: raise a support request, confirm your business details, review who still has access, download files we have shared, and read the how-to articles.
If someone leaves, we switch their link off and it stops working immediately.
In the background
The part you shouldn't have to think about.
The best version of this is a year where you never think about any of it. It only speaks up when something needs a human.
Told when something changes
If files or user accounts on your site change unexpectedly, we are alerted and we look. Nothing is deleted automatically: a person decides what to do.
A check on who has access
Once or twice a year we ask you to confirm who should still have access to your site, and who we should contact about billing and website questions.
Details that stay current
A short "is this still correct?" prompt keeps your hours, services and contacts accurate, which matters more than ever now that AI assistants quote them.
Stolen copies go stale
If a copy of your website's database ended up somewhere it should not, the saved connections inside it stop working. They check they are still running on your real site, and refuse if they are not.
Add-on
Schema & AI visibility.
The same toolkit can publish your business details in the structured format search engines and AI assistants read, generate an llms.txt profile, and manage how AI crawlers treat your site. That part is a paid add-on rather than something included, because it needs setting up and keeping current.
Straight answers
Where your information lives.
Your contacts, files, analytics, announcements and business details are stored on your own website, not in someone else's platform. We see summary numbers across the sites we look after, and we can look at the detail when we are working on yours.
Two things worth being clear about: backups are part of the hosting, not this toolkit, and we never promise to remove anything automatically. When something looks wrong, a person decides what happens next.
All of this comes with the hosting.
Tell us about your website and we'll show you what the toolkit looks like from your side.
