What happens when something breaks...
Websites are software, and software occasionally misbehaves. What matters is who notices, and what they do next.
An update breaks something
A plugin updates on a Tuesday and the booking calendar stops showing next month. Sites with more moving parts get reviewed after updates rather than left to find out. When one does cause trouble, we put the working version back and fix the cause.
A form stops delivering
The form still submits, the thank-you page still shows, and nothing arrives in the inbox. On sites running Gravity Forms we are alerted when notifications fail, so it gets fixed before you notice the phone is quiet.
Something gets in
Files change that nobody on your team changed. No host can promise it will never happen. If it does, we restore a clean copy, work out how it got in, and close that specific door.

Can you take over an existing WordPress site?
Usually, yes. We start by looking at the site, its plugins, and where it is hosted now, then plan the move. If something needs fixing first, we will tell you before anything moves.
Is migration included?
Moving an existing WordPress site onto our hosting is part of every plan. Sites that need rebuilding or major repairs first are quoted separately.
What edits are included?
Hosting covers the platform and its care. Content changes and new work are handled as support time or as a quoted project, depending on your arrangement. Ask us what fits.
Who owns the domain?
You do. When we register or manage a domain for you, it is held for your organization, and we will help you move it whenever you ask.
How are support requests handled?
Use our BrightFrame portal that we include with every site, or send us an email. You hear back from a person who already knows your site. Monitoring alerts come to us automatically, so many issues are handled before you notice them.
What happens if we leave?
Your website and content are yours. We will provide a full backup and help with the handoff to your new host.
